Zoe recently moved to Gulf Shores from Seattle, Washington. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from Washington State University. Upon graduation, Zoe worked in the insurance department at a not-for-profit neurodevelopmental therapy center where she primarily worked with policy implementation and insurance billing. She had the opportunity to work with families and their insurance companies in order to successfully bill insurance for Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She joined the SSIU Team in March 2014 to work as an Account Administrator and Chief Encouragement Officer... our retailers enjoy her positive and engaging personality, which also helps keep processing moving swiftly and smoothly. She works primarily in the areas of initial account set-up, applications and renewals.
Zoe loves the Seattle Seahawks and unconditionally supporting her alma mater’s athletic teams (Go Cougs!). She also enjoys doing yoga, spending time at the beach, and finding great places to eat.
