Anne is a Baldwin County native. She recently returned to the Gulf Coast after spending thirteen years in the Auburn area. Anne received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Auburn University in the area of special education. She was a student athlete who graduated with academic honors and was acknowledged by the SEC for her community service. She taught within the Auburn City School System and held various elementary special education positions. Anne was one of the faculty advisors responsible for creating the Richland Elementary School Grandma’s Garden, the Yuli’s Butterfly Garden, and 4H program. Anne coached softball and volleyball through the Auburn Recreation Department and was also involved in various support groups for families and students with disabilities. Anne joined the SSIU team in 2013, and she is very well known by our retailers to have an outgoing and affable demeanor. She works primarily in the areas of inspections, endorsement processing and policy issuance.
During her free time, Anne enjoys fishing, biking, and playing with her dogs, Nollie and Spunky.
